Thank you for being so attentive to my son's needs during the service. The ships you pulled out from the back helped him focus on something other than the death of his dad. It was that personal, caring, hometown touch that made me so pleased with your services. Additionally, I want to thank you, Mr. Robert & your wife for the flowers and tree. Someone gave me flowers going into this 38 year marriage and at his passing, that was the light of my week. God knew at the time it would be the brightness in the dark that was surrounding me. (And my son at that point just wanted to go home.) Words cannot even express how much that one act of mercy and consideration touched my heart. Someone high up in Random House sent us a Magnolia Tree to plant, it was 4 ft tall and is doing well out front in our yard, but it will always remind me that you gave me flowers at just the time I most needed an act of kindness. The service was perfect. Your ladies were thoughtful and efficient. You did a wonderful job, especially considering the size of my family and the fact we are a bit unconventional (each with very different personalities.) All the relatives were positive about the entire service, and that speaks volumes. Thanks again and again, Melanie Kipe.

Roger, Fran and I would like to say "Thank you" for the way Loretta's funeral was handled. We especially want to thank Frank - he managed to create a service that was "non-religious" yet very comforting. It was in fact - lovely, but not a bit stuffy. Loretta would have loved it!

It is a work of art-absolutely stunning. My mom was so happy. She had a stroke April 5th so I am writing this for her. I am wordless to thank you for all of your effort and kindness in erecting this monument to my dad. My dad thought the world of you - spoke of you as a son. We were all so happy to see you at his funeral. I am having a hard time letting him go - I am hoping the monument helps us all heal! Many, many thanks for everything you did to assure us that Ralph's funeral would be great in spite of the circumstances. He looked so nice. You did a wonderful job. You know when you look at weeks of life's deterioration, that first sight of him is a welcome gift. Many thanks. We have had many compliments on the tri-fold. In fact, people have called and asked if I would send them one. The bookmarks were great too. I love the candle and we are going to make a small prayer garden in our den using the candle as the centerpiece. Well done Robbie. Many thanks for always making us feel special. The lovely extra touch of providing Werther’s for my children at the church, funeral home and in the bag you gave us meant so much. Everything was so perfect even mom looked beautiful despite the bruising from all the IV's. I also want to thank you for the sweater you placed on her to cover her arms. That was such a wonderful thoughtful idea and we greatly appreciated you doing that for mom. Your funeral home is absolutely a wonderful loving and caring place for families to say their "I'll see you later" to their loved ones. Bryan and I wanted to thank you once again for the care and professionalism you have shown to us over the years, and most recently with the death of my mom, Doris Trimble.

You were so helpful and flexible as we made the arrangements through phone calls and emails. Believe me...we know how tough that can be! But your professionalism always comes through and we knew everything would be perfect.

And so again, I want to thank you all for the great work you do for all the families you serve.

Robbie and Patty: I first met you in March 2018 when it became obvious that my twin sister with special needs would not win her fight with Stage 4 colon cancer. At that time with your guidance the preliminary details were created. We met again at midnight on Oct 22nd when I called you in the middle of the night asking to move her body so that her other group home friends with special needs would not witness her removal. You could have shown up in your PJ’s at that ungodly hour but I was greeted by you in a white monogrammed shirt, tie and suit. We met again the next day to finalize the details. I will now see you again on Oct 31st for her services. Your guidance, expertise, respect and heartfelt condolences have made this experience a time of celebration. I was with her at the start of her life and you have helped me to continue to be with her as she completes her journey. This is not “The End” of her story it is “To Be Continued”.

Bob, placing our grandson John Thomas Moran in your hands was such a comforting experience. All that you did to make him look as beautiful a man as he was, and making all of us so appreciative we can't thank you enough. As his grandmother you and your staff performed a remarkable task. Thank you so much.

Robbie, I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time and say what a wonderful man you are. I know this is coming almost 9 years after Mickey's death but I need to say how good and kind you were to me during Mickey's funeral, before and after and Patty was an inspiratiion to me too. I am so glad that you are part of my life and that God has made it possible for that to happen. Although death hurts, and after almost 9 years of being without Mickey I still feel a lot of hurt in my heart but I must go on for my 3 girls who also loved Mickey and I know they miss him as much as I do. You were so good and kind to all of us and it will always mean so much to us that you were the one to take care of our precious Mickey. Thank you again Robbie. I've seen you so many times since in many funerals but I have to say the one for my son was so precious and the message you put on the back of his stone was very nice. I read it every time I visit Mickey's grave. Thank you so much for caring for us at our time of sorrow. You are a wonderful person.

Bob and your "Caring Team" Wanted you to know we appreciated the monthly "Care Letters" and the "Tree of Memories' you did at Christmas. The compassion and support you and your staff have shown has really helped us with our grief from losing our beloved Mike.

Dear Bobby, Although the English language contains millions of them; words are inadequate to convey the depth of gratitude that our family feels toward you and your staff. From the moment you arrived at my parent's house on the night of my father's death, all the way through the committal service; your compassion, dignity and respect helped us through our most trying hours. Since this is our first time dealing with these matters, I cannot make an actual comparison; but in my heart I believe that the attention to the smallest details and the priority that you give to grieving families is something that sets you apart from all other funeral homes. Please know that in the unfortunate event that we need funeral services in the future, I would not trust any member of my family to anyone but you. Our family just wanted to take a moment and formally thank you and your wonderful staff of making my Mother's passing a peaceful and dignified time.

When we first visited your business in 2006 I suspected when the time came you would provide compassionate and sensitive care, but my expectations were greatly exceeded. From that cold morning when you and your colleague arrived in full suit and tie, in the wind and snow, you and your staff ensured that there were no worries or concerns other than our loss.

It took a couple of days, but when we looked through the book you provided we were so pleased to see that you had taken pictures of the flowers and recorded everything for us to recollect when the time comes to remember. It will be so important to recall things that we may have overlooked at the moment and you have provided such a beautiful memorial.

You created a vision for the viewing that was every bit the lady that was my mother. A relative commented that she looked "regal" and another visitor said how "warm and comforting" the room and surroundings seemed. The weather could have made the proceedings very difficult, but your caring staff ensured everyone was safe and comfortable. Every decision was carefully thought out and flawlessly executed and we are very grateful.
